Refund policy
We want you to have the best possible experience with our knits so we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We accept returns for any reason so long as your item is in the same condition that you received it and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@hatchandmake.com.au. Please let us know the reason for your return and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. If the item is damaged or you received the wrong product please attach a relevant photo. We will respond to your email with any questions we have and to guide you through the process.
For exchanges, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and then make arrangements with you for any partial refund or additional payment as well as shipping details for your replacement item.
For refunds, we will notify you when we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 20A William St East, Lilydale VIC 3140, Australia. If the return is because you have changed your mind we ask you to cover the postage back to us. Otherwise we will send you a return voucher with our courier.
