Shipping policy

We make all our products onsite in the Yarra Valley, which means if we don't have your item in stock then we will make it immediately.

If your item is in stock your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. 

If your item needs to be made your order will be processed and shipped within 4 days. 

Our orders are all shipped from our site in Lilydale, Victoria.
